We operate ISO Class 02 work areas within a ISO Class 05 room shell. Hence, our cell processing environment is 1,000-times particle-free (cleaner) than EU GMP Grade A.

We designed and maintain this high GMP cleanroom standard in collaboration with Total Clean Air, who are at the cutting-edge of cleanroom technology. We have also been early movers for new cleanroom technology that is ahead of GBP regulatory requirements such as Protak Scientific (decontamination validation) and Asymptote (cryogenics for advanced medicine).

​We operate an external quarantine as we do not accept any tissue samples onto our premises that are positive for transmissible disease.

02 STEM CELL SCIENCEFor the last 30-years stem cell medical science was based on ‘transplantation’ theory. For example, progenitor stem cells like AdMSC could be used like ‘off the shelf pharma drugs’. The idea was that stem cells would be directly injected to ‘engraft’ at the site of the damage, and would regeneratively form part of this tissue. Although mesenchymal stem cells were found to be safe, at doses higher than 10 million cells per kilogram of patient bodyweight, sufficient clinical efficacy eluded those conducting studies.

​Over 10-years ago we patented various methods to employ this elusive natural mechanism of action of autologous cells, based on years of research. We were concerned with Extracellular Vesicles (EVs) that comprise beneficial ‘intelligent’ particles, in particular exosomes. You will find exosomes in all of your body fluids. Exosomes are released by all cells 24-7-Life, including by stem cells, and are the key agent of action in any regenerative stem cell based therapy. EVs are ‘intelligent’ therapeutics as they find and fuse with the damaged cellular target to repair the tissue. Medical science can’t better what Mother Nature has provided – at least for now.
